We arrived in Victoria at Swartz Bay terminal on ferry from Vancouver. Our rented car travelled with us on the ferry. After smooth landing, we started towards Victoria city. As Butchart Gardens is on the way, we had planned to visit it during the time. We reached Butchart Gardens before noon as we took morning ferry.

We spent evening walking in downtown. There are nice views all around BC parliament, harbour.
